Discover everything you need to know about our exclusive boutique hotel in Puerto Vallarta, a refreshing space with a unique traditional touch and optimal spaces for all ages.
We only manage the European Plan, but we do offer à la carte breakfast, as an additional courtesy to your stay.

    We are located in the heart of Puerto Vallarta, one block from the entrance to downtown, right in front of Camarones Beach. We are a few meters from the boardwalk, and you can walk to the supermarket, shopping stores, restaurants, Los Arcos of the Malecón, the Church of Our Lady of Guadalupe, the municipal market, the little island of the Rio Cuale, the gringo Gulch, the romantic zone, and basically all the attractions of the city center.

We are in the perfect location to explore and experience the magic of our beautiful Port!

    Our Penthouses, Casa Don Martin and Casa Doña Ernestina, also have Jacuzzi-type pools and private terraces.
We are right in front of the beach, which is across a quiet street with little traffic. The views from The Paramar are simply spectacular –in Vallarta we are known for our beautiful sunsets. To access the beach, you have to walk approximately 30 meters from the hotel entrance.
  • The pool is open from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
    Appropriate swimwear is required. It is not allowed to stay in the area without clothing or bathing with clothes.
    Infants should always wear a wet diaper.
    Swimming or staying in the pool area during electrical storms is prohibited.
    Glass objects are not allowed around the pool.
    No outside food or drink is allowed in the pool.
    It is not allowed to reserve loungers with towels, books, or other personal items.
    Do not misuse or damage the pool furniture.
    We are not responsible for forgotten, stolen, or lost items, as well as for injuries or accidents in the pool area.
    Users assume the risk for themselves and their children of any accident or injury while using the pool and its facilities.
    Loudspeakers or loud music that could bother other guests are not allowed. The volume should be just right for individual listening (does not apply for private events).
Tableware washing is not included in the cost of the room. If required, it has an additional cost of $100 MXN.
There is no cost, and the service is completely free, although it is not guaranteed and is subject to availability. It is a private and secure parking lot, however, we are not responsible for any loss or incident that may occur.

We have a comfortable snack-bar in the pool area, with many delicacies from the sea and one or another additional appetizer, as well as refreshing sparkling, alcoholic and sober drinks. Discover Cobalto Snack Bar.

 

Every morning, in the Orquidea Garden, you can enjoy an exquisite à la carte breakfast, courtesy of the hotel. Everything you need to start the day on the right foot.

 

Also, around the hotel, you will find dozens of restaurants for all tastes, since The Paramar is located right at the entrance to the iconic Malecon of Puerto Vallarta. A gastronomic adventure is waiting for you.

We require a $1000 MXN deposit at the time of check-in as a guarantee for any incident that could incur damage to our facilities. If at the time of check-out everything is in order (as it is in the vast majority of cases) your full money will be returned. You can also request an open voucher if you prefer.
Of course, we have a room available to store your luggage for the day, we also have a shower in case you need to rinse yourself when picking up your luggage. These services are courtesy.

We have two types of rates:

 

Non-Refundable Rate, with which changes are not allowed and in case of cancellation there is no refund of the total stay.

 

Refundable Rate, which allows a date modification, subject to availability and rate changes.

If you have a Refundable Rate:

  • More than 5 days before the arrival date – full refund
    From 3 to 5 days before the arrival date – first-night charge
    Less than 3 days (3 pm) before the arrival date arrival – non-refundable
    Non-Refundable Rates do not allow changes or cancellations under any circumstances.
Check-in is at 3:00 p.m. Check-out is at 12:00 hrs. If you stay in the room after these hours, extra charges may apply.
Although we love animals, for now the hotel is a space exclusively for humans.
